There will be no other guests booked for the duration of your stay - your booking is exclusive. Only the hall and landing are shared/public areas. 

The price is for 3 double bedrooms, (one with additional single bed) with self-catering kitchen and sitting room. Breakfast included. (6 people maximum).  Minimum stay 3 nights.

Check in window is 5pm to 7pm unless by prior arrangement and check out 11.00am. Please text to keep me informed of your arrival time. Many thanks.
