The bedrooms are spacious, informal and bright with the atmosphere of clean sea air and the countryside. Watch the moon rise over the sea through the bedroom window, the changing moods of the Rame Peninsular on the horizon and sheep peacefully grazing in Orchard Meadow in front of the house. The Twin Room has a pleasant view across the back garden to trees that line the lane leading down to Talland Bay.
Bedroom 1 £70-£90 per night
With one single and one double bed, the largest room can easily accommodate 3 adults or a family with space to spare. It has its own balcony, a well-designed cubicle ensuite shower and toilet and a discreet washstand in the room. It is furnished with a rocking chair, a grand old wardrobe and antique dressing table.

Bedroom 2 £64 per night
The East room has a chest of drawers, period rocking chair and a large antique built in cupboard on either side of a small decorative Victorian fireplace. The private bathroom opposite has a Meynell shower and vintage washbasin.

Twin Bedroom £64 per night
The Twin Room is at the back of the house and has a view across the garden to trees that line the lane leading down to Talland Bay. The room catches the sun in the afternoon and has a pleasantly peaceful atmosphere. The private bathroom next door has a Victorian style Meynell shower over a low-level iron bath.
The kitchen is always available to make hot drinks, perhaps prepare a simple meal, have something to eat or just sit and chat. Breakfast is cooked in a separate kitchen and served each morning around the big farmhouse table in your kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave and tea and coffee are provided.
The lounge has polished floorboards and original shutters at the window, TV and Netflix. There is a pleasant view across the walled front garden with the sea in the distance.
